Early this morning at 12:30am The Queen of The North heading to Prince Rupert from the tip of Northern Vancouver Island ran into a rock, and sunk. Only 99 people are confirmed alive, there was a total of 101 passengers on the Queen of The North, there is two passengers still missing. It's ironic that on the same day BC Ferries was schedule to ask for more funding for their ferry systems.
